I grew up in New Zealand and started my first software company in high school. I sold it at 19, which changed my life and got me addicted to company-building.
My second company, RewardChain, was a founding member of Factom, a data-integrity protocol used by the US government and the Gates Foundation. I grew it into a profitable 7‑figure ARR business in its first year.
Along the way I did a degree in Applied Physics and Computer Science, spent time all over India as a Prime Minister's Scholar, became a professional trader for a while, and returned 19x on my principal in one year.
I then moved to the UK to do a Masters in Machine Learning and Machine Intelligence at Cambridge, where I trained LLM agents through self‑play with GPT‑2, back when AI was a lot less cool.
Now I'm onto company #3, applying everything I've learnt so far to building Grw AI into the top AI platform for revenue teams globally.
We have Fortune 500 customers, and have raised $6M from top-tier investors including NextView Ventures, Precursor Ventures, and industry leaders like Shari Levitin and Anna Mowbray.
On the side I build things for fun. Like this free photorealistic flight simulator that lets you fly anywhere on Earth over real 3D tiles, which went viral, with millions of views on X.
As a teenager I was a competitive freestyle snowboarder and finished school early to train full time. I still snowboard, I surf, I dive, and I love doing anything high-adrenaline.
In San Francisco I play a lot of squash and sauna every day (hmu if you want to hit).
I love to travel and have been to around 40 countries, and my wife Gabi and I vlogged some of it on the channel Global Kiwis.
